Message to U.S. Citizens Regarding Passport Renewal Options for Adults

On June 23, the U.S. Mission to Germany will host a “Super Passport Renewal Day” for DS-82 quick drops at the U.S. Embassy in Berlin and U.S. Consulates in Frankfurt and Munich.  Quick drop services are limited to those who are eligible to use the DS-82 form and do not have emergency travel.  No other services will be offered during these times.

We encourage those eligible to use the DS-82 process to mail in, quick drop, or courier your passport applications to free up appointments for other U.S. citizens who must, by law, apply in person before a consular officer.
